| CIAS's members Cláudia Umbelino, Carina Marques and Teresa Ferreira, participated on a forensic anthropology mission in Farim, Guinea-Bissau, directed by Prof. Eugénia Cunha. The aims of the mission were to exhum and identify the skeletal remains of soldiers from the Portugues colonial war. This ongoing project is an iniciative of the Liga dos Cambatentes with the collaboration of the FCTUC and INML. This mission was noticed on the RTP - Program "Repórter África" (19th December 2008) and at newspapers. | Os membros do CIAS, Cláudia Umbelino, Carina Marques e Teresa Ferreira, participaram numa missão antropológica em Farim, Guiné-Bissau, dirigida pela Prof. Eugénia Cunha. Os objectivos desta missão foram exumar, identificar e centralizar os remanescentes ósseos de militares da guerra colonial. Trata-se de um projecto da Liga dos Cambatentes com a colaboração da FCTUC e do INML. Esta missão foi noticiada no programa "Repórter África" da RTP (19 de Dezembro, 2008) bem como na impressa escrita. |
