Antropologia Portuguesa is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes original articles, interviews and reviews in the fields of Biological, Cultural and/or Social Anthropology.

Articles are invited for submission in Portuguese, Spanish, English or French.

Antropologia Portuguesa (ISSN 0870-0990) was created in 1983 and it is exchanged with 181 journals worldwide and is referenced on several international databases.

It continues the journal Contribuições para o Estudo da Antropologia Portuguesa (1914-1982).
