FULBRIGHT / UC REGIONAL INFORMATION CENTRE

Following an agreement signed between Comissão Cultural Luso-Americana and the University of Coimbra, the Fulbright / UC Regional Information Centre was created in the International Relations Unit. Its main goal is to provide information about studies in the United States of America.

EUROPEAN NETWORK OF MOBILITY CENTRES (Euraxess)

The mission of Euraxess is to provide comprehensive and up-to-date information and personalised assistance to all researchers and their families seeking advice in issues relating to their move across borders. Euraxess Mobility Centres provide information and assistance in matters such as entry conditions, visas, work permits, recognition of diplomas, job opportunities, salaries, taxation, pension rights, health care, social security, accommodation, day care, schooling, language courses, access to culture of the host country and IPR. The Post Graduate Mobility Centre of the University of Coimbra is a member of Euraxess.

MISSION GROUP FOR THE EUROPEAN SPACE OF HIGHER EDUCATION

The Mission Group depends directly on the Rectorate and has the participation of representatives of all the organs of the University and of the Student Association of the University of Coimbra. Its main objectives are to inform all the members of the University about the developments that, in the follow-up of the Bologna Declaration, will contribute to the creation of the European Space of Higher Education. It also stimulates and supports inside the university the reflection, innovation and reforms that will contribute significantly to this shared project and coordinates the activities of the various sections of the University whenever articulated action at the level of the institution is necessary.
