Management Structure
The management structure is composed of a coordinating committee with an academic
coordinator and an administrative
coordinator from each partner. The role of the coordinating committee will
be, in the project setup phase, to supervise the creation of the communication
infrastructure and the creation of the project support documentation. The
coordinating committee will be the space where expertise will be exchanged and formalized in project support documents. It will also be responsible for the internal dissemination of good practices on mobility.
The coordinating committee will designate a steering committee composed of two representatives
from the coordinating institution, two from one European institution and two
from a Brazilian institution, with one of the representatives from each
institution being an academic person and the other an administrative person.
The role of the steering committee will be to manage the smooth running of the
project, analyse the results of the monitoring process put in place, taking
action when appropriate and to execute the directions and guidelines created
and approved by the coordinating committee, for instance, in the selection
phase, when it will act as the selection
committee. The steering committee can be reappointed every year, to allow
rotation of roles between partners.
To ensure a
proper mapping of the study and research
interests of the mobility students to the scientific environment of the
receiving institutions, the coordinating institution has also
appointed a scientific committee with one academic
representative from the three priority thematic field of study covered by the
project.
