HOW TO ARRIVE TO COIMBRA


A) From Portela Airport (Lisbon)

This page includes information on the accesses of the airport to the city of Lisbon, the Portuguese capital that locates to 200 km of Coimbra.

You may take a taxi or the underground to “Gare do Oriente” railway station. The taxi only takes up to 4 people. The luggage that exceeds 55x36x20 cm is transported in the boot and will increase the cost. After your arrival in “Gare do Oriente” consult Lisbon-Porto-itinerary that is the service with stop in Coimbra. A train ticket will cost about 15-20 euros (per person). The train will spent about 120 minutes in the trip to Coimbra. A free connection exists from Coimbra B (main station) to Coimbra A (city-centre).

B) From Sá Carneiro Airport (Oporto)

The airport is located to 11 Km of downtown of Oporto (125 km of Coimbra)

You may take a taxi or the underground to “Campanhã” railway station. The taxi only takes up to 4 people. The luggage that exceeds 55x36x20 cm is transported in the boot and will increase the cost. After your arrival in “Campanhã” consult Porto-Lisbon which is the service with stop in Coimbra. A train ticket will cost about 15 to 20 euros (per person). The train will spent about 60 minutes in the trip to Coimbra. You should consult Lisbon-Porto-itinerary that is the service with stop in Coimbra. A free connection exists from Coimbra B (main station) to Coimbra A (city-centre).
