HelpDesk
The requests for problem resolution of the Computer park of FEUC must always be done to helpdesk [at] fe.uc.pt whenever possible.
If the problem is related to the use of the e-mail or to the network, contact may be made by phone or in person.
Some requests demand that the user is present (for security reasons) at the Helpdesk service, as in the case of opening e-mail accounts or change of passwords*.
REQUESTS BY E-MAIL
must be addressed to: helpdesk [at] fe.uc.pt
IMPORTANT: the user must do
"Reply", whenever he/she wants to exchange messages regarding the same problem with the Helpdesk team.

In person
The Helpdesk service is open from Monday to Friday;

For security reasons, we don't give passwords either by e-mail, telephone or to other people.
