Patrícia Moura e Sá obtained a degree in Organizations and Management from the School of Economics at the University of Coimbra in 1994, where she also got the Master’s degree in Business Sciences in 1998. In 2002, she obtained a PhD in Business by Sheffield Hallam University, United Kingdom. She is currently Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics, University of Coimbra (FEUC) and researcher at CICP – Centre for Research in Political Science. Her publications include several articles in peer-reviewed international journals (International Journal of Quality and Service Sciences, Policy Studies, RPER, Technovation, The Services Industries Journal, The TQM Journal, Total Quality Management & Business Excellence, among others), as well as encyclopedia entries and book chapters in editors such as Sage and Springer.
