Alexandra Soares Rodrigues

Alexandra Soares Rodrigues holds a Doctorate in Portuguese Linguistics from the University of Coimbra (2007), and is member of CELGA and a teacher at Bragança Polytechnic Institute. Her areas of research are: Morphology, Lexis and the theory of language. Her publications include works on the construction of postverbials in Portuguese (published by Granito Editores, Porto, in 2001), the formation of suffixed deverbal substantives in Portuguese (Lincom Europa, Munich, 2008), Portuguese morphological exercises. (Lincom Europa, Munich, 2012) and Jackendoff and parallel architecture: presentation and discussion of a model of language (Lincom Europa, Munich, 2012).
