CeBER researchers António Martins, Carlos Carreira and Pedro Bação belong to a consortium between the University of Coimbra and the University of Minho that earned a grant from Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian to study the topic “Investment by private firms in Portugal: a diagnosis and possible solutions.” The main results and contributions of the study aiming at (i) identifying the determinants of investment decisions by private firms; (ii) identifying incentives and barriers; (iii) suggest possible solutions, will be presented at a public session organized by the Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian.
