Enrolment and Fees

Pre-enrolment

For an efficient programming of the Summer Course, the Organizers kindly ask the prospective students to pre-enrol until the 12^th of June 2009. In order to do so, please fill in the enclosed Pre-Enrolment Form and send it by e-mail or mail; you must also send 2 passport sized photos and a cheque (issued by a Portuguese bank - for further information, please contact your bank) of 100 Euros***  in the name of "Faculdade de Letras" to:

Registration

Once in Coimbra, the students must address themselves to "Faculty of Humanities – Serviço dos Cursos de Português para Estrangeiros" (entrance floor, corridor on the left), in order to complete their registration, pay the remaining amount of 350 Euros and obtain all the information regarding the Course. This amount covers the field trips.

Fees

Pre-enrolment fee - 100 Euros

Course fee - 350 Euros

Study insurance - 5 Euros (amount to be paid in Coimbra)

*** NOTE: All non-European citizens, who must request a student visa or residence permit in Portugal, are required to pay, in advance, non-refundable and non-transferable, the entire Course fee, that is, 450 Euros.

Diploma and Certificates

The Course fee includes the final Diploma (which implies the approval in all the subjects of the level attended by the student) or the Certificate of Attendance. Further charges may apply for any additional certificates required.
