For requests by current and former UC students
This form is available as the sole channel for contacting Academic Management Services on-line for all academic related issues.

After you submit your request, you will receive an email confirmation with a case number. E-mail help requests generate an automatic confirmation response using a request management system (HelpdesK) that logs the request and generates a unique case # that is included in the confirmation e-mail. This number should be used to refer to the case anytime the sender contacts support services. This will allow us to process all requests faster and provide better service.

Rules of Conduct for this support

  • The same priority applies to all lines.
  • There is a three number allowance [no one will be helped that has any number more than three less than the current number].
  • If you have a priority status covered by the Administrative Procedures Policy, please go to one of the assistance desks covering the subject you need to discuss. You will be helped as soon as the person being attended is finished.
  • Only 100 numbers will be available per day, whenever it appears that there are more students than can be assisted before closing.
