Interruption in the In-Person Assistance due to change of facilities

As from 13th October, the In-Person Assistance of the Academic Management Services (SGA), the Social Services and the International Relations Unit are going to move to a new space in the UC: the Student Hub.

The In-Person Assistance opening hours will be from Monday to Friday, from 09:30 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. and from 02.00 p.m. to 05:00 p.m.

The Student Hub is located in the ground floor of the Faculty of Medicine in Rua Larga, and the entry is made through the door located in front of the Chemistry Department.

In order for the change to be duly accomplished, adjustments are going to be made concerning the Academnic Assistance of the Academic management Services:

1. The In-Person Assistance is interrupted on 7th, 8th, 11th and 12th October (Thursday, Friday, Monday and Tuesday). The Assistance by Phone and Skype is operational on 7th and 8th October;
2. On 11th and 12th October (Monday and Tuesday) Assistance by the Academic Assistance Unit of the Academic Management Services will not be operational.
3. The contacts by means of email, online form, remain unchanged, and this information may be checked at  www.uc.pt/en/academicos/contactos ».

The Social Services Assistance and the International Relations Unit Assistance remain in the usual location until 12th October. As from 13th October their In-Person Assistance is in the Student Hub.

The Appointments made during the interruption days will be subject to contact by the services within the next days.
