Registration for the forthcoming 2022/2023 academic year

We inform all the UC Students, who were registered in 2021/2022, about the deadlines concerning the registration for the forthcoming 2022/2023 academic year.

• From 25/08/2022 to 11/09/2022 - Normal registration's deadline
• From 12/09/2022 to 30/09/2022 - First period for registration beyond the deadline, subject to the payment of a fee of €15.
• From 01/10/2022 to 24/10/2022 - Second period for registration beyond the deadline, subject to the payment of a fee of €30.

The Students who are awaiting grades to be released may register within the seven consecutive days following the release of the last grade without any extra payment, and they will be notified of that release by means of an Inforestud@nte.

Important | Cycles of Studies with differentiated registration deadlines

Taking into consideration the transition of studies programmes, and the transition from the old to the new programmes, the following cycles of studies have different registration deadlines.

• The Students covered by them will be notified by means of InforEstudante and email (sent to the students’ official UC email address or other email address provided to forward messages).

New Registration Deadlines

PhD in Physics Engineering | PhD in Physics:

• Normal Deadline: from 10th to 17th November 2022
• Additional deadline with a fee of €15: from 18th November to 12th December 2022
• Additional deadline with a fee of €30: from 13th December to 2nd January 2023 

Inter-University PhD Program in Social Work

• Normal Deadline: from 7th to 15th November 2022
• Additional deadline with a fee of €15: from 16th November to 7th December 2022
• Additional deadline with a fee of €30: from 8th to 29th December 2022

Master's Degree in Physics and PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering

• Normal Deadline: from 30th September to 9th October 2022
• Additional deadline with a fee of €15: from 10th to 28th October 2022
• Additional deadline with a fee of €30: from 29th October to 21st November 2022

Master's Degree in Biomedical Research and Master's Degree in Continuing and Palliative Care

• Normal Deadline: from 29th September to 6th October 2022
• Additional deadline with a fee of €15: from 7th to 27th October 2022
• Additional deadline with a fee of €30: from 28th October to 18th November 2022

Bacherlor's Degree in Archaeology

• Normal Deadline: from 10th to 18th September 2022
• Additional deadline with a fee of €15: from 19th September to 10th October 2022
• Additional deadline with a fee of €30: from 11th October to 31st October 2022

Master's Degree in Design and Multimedia

• Normal Deadline: from 10th to 18th September 2022
