Registration for 2021/2022 | PhD Students | Thesis not submitted in 2021

In accordance with the Rector's Order no. 20/2022 of 26th January, we inform all PhD Students that meet the requirements to benefit from the extension of the deadline for submitting the Thesis according to 2020/2021:

(1) If you were registered for a Thesis (or similar works) in the 2020/2021 academic year, and with that registration you met the requirements to submit your thesis but you did not do it within the given deadline, you have an extra deadline until 21st February 2022 to register for 2021/2022, without paying any extra fee for registering beyond the deadline.

(2) After registering, your tuition fee plan will be created, which will be adequate to the annual registration for a Thesis, on a full or part time basis.

Registration for 2021/2022 is mandatory so that you may continue your Thesis work, and therefore complete your PhD course. The aforementioned deadline is communicated by means of an InforEstudante notification.

The rule concerning the fee and the tuition fee plan is also applicable to the PhD Students who meet the requirements mentioned in no. 1, above, and have already registered for the 2021/2022 academic year.
