Improvements in the "Académicos" Online E-mail Form
The Online E-mail Form aimed to handle academic issues has been redesigned and now it has a new, more appealing image that we hope will make it easier to use. The Online form is available at :
Also worthy of mention is the following:
- All the information with Portuguese and English versions.
- Extension to a greater number of users: “I WORK AT THE UC” and “I AM AN ENTITY EXTERNAL TO THE UC”.
- The option “I WORK AT THE UC” is aimed for the Professors and Non-Teaching Staff members of the UC, who are registered in the "Reserved Area of the UC", and it enables to have immediate access to it (without inserting the name and the e-mail address).
- After clicking the first option, the User will be redirected to a sub-form aimed to his/her specific situation.
The communication by means of the “Académicos” Online Form has a lot of advantages: it is simple, quick, provides different options, the request is registered and its number is sent as a reply, the request is sent to the service that is going to handle it.
