The enrolment of the Students admitted to the UC by means of the National Contest of Access and Admission (CNA) in 2022/2023 takes place from 12th to 16th September. Therefore, the In-Person Academic Assistance of the Academic Management Services (SGA), during this week, will be provided in another space that is located on the left side of the entrance of the Student Hub.
The normal deadline concerning the registration for the 2022/2023 academic year, aimed at UC students that were registered in 2021/2022, takes place from 25th August to 11th September 2022. Please check the Cycles of Studies that have different deadlines due to the transition of cycle or studies programmes.
The registration for the Special Examination Period aimed at Students with a Status of Finalist-Student, Association Leader, Student-Worker, among other status provided for in the Academic Regulation (RAUC) takes place at InforEstudante from 15th July to 31st August.
Extra deadline concerning the registration of the PhD Students for the current academic year who meet the requirements to submit their Theses in 2021/2022 (full registration for the Thesis completed minimum ECTS credits).
We inform that taking into account the pandemic scenario and the mandatory teleworking, the In-Person Assistance is closed between 27th December and 14th January, . Nevertheless, the distance means of contact will be maintained: telephone, Skype and email.
Every week, on Wednesdays, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., there is also In-Person Assistance at Polo 2 available to all UC Students in the FCTUC Main Building, Rua Sílvio Lima.
As from 13th October the Academic In-person Assistance of the Academic Management Services (SGA) is going to move to a new space in the UC: the Student Hub. In order for the change to be duly accomplished, the In-person assistance is interrupted on 7th, 8th, 11th and 12th October (Thursday, Friday, Monday and Tuesday). The Assistance by Phone and Skype is operational on 7th and 8th October.
The registration for extraordinary exams regarding the 1st semester is carried out at InforEstudante until 10th October. If you do not register until this date, you may formalise the request within the 15 consecutive days after the registration period, be present to sit the exam if it has a scheduled date, and inform the services of the Faculty/Organisational Unit.

According to what is established in the annual schedule of the Academic Assistance of this Service, between 16th and 20th August (Monday to Friday) the In-person Academic Assistance will be closed, but the Telephone assistance will continue to be available.
