The Center for Industrial Ecology at ADAI-LAETA, University of Coimbra, Portugal, is seeking candidates for one research fellowship (MSc) in the scope of a project related to LCA of vehicles, vehicle components, and transport systems.


Applications are accepted until April 17th 2023.

Requisites: Master degree in engineering, energy, sustainability or similar areas. Enrolled in a PhD course at a Portuguese higher education institution, or in a non-academic degree course. This fellowship includes the payment of tuition fees.


Knowledge in life-cycle assessment (LCA) of vehicle, transport, energy systems, or related areas, preferably demonstrated by the (co-)authorship of scientific articles published in Web of Science (WoS)-indexed journals.


Applicants with foreign academic degrees are required to submit a certificate of recognition of such degrees issued by a Portuguese public higher education establishment (in accordance with the legislation in force, Decree-Law No. 66/2018, of 16 August, and Portaria No. 33/2019, of 25 January).
