Next Friday, 19th of May 2023, we will carry out a workshop about how to create future weather for building dynamic simulation using the ‘Future Weather Generator‘ tool. The workshop will take place at ‘Sala de Informática II’ in the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Coimbra. It will start at 12:00 and has an minimum duration of 30 min.
The workshop will cover the following topics:
- Requirements to run the tool
- Installation of the software
- Tool’s features and climate data
- Selection and downloading of the present-day weather data
- Generation of future weather according to selected climate model
- Overview of morphed data and a showcase
It is open to any member of the University of Coimbra community (students, professors, and researchers).
