The School Curriculum in Contemporary Times, at the Crossroads of the Digital Transition.
Within the framework of the Extension Activities and the international and interdisciplinary project ‘The school curriculum in contemporary times: identifying and discussing its foundations. Implications for teaching, learning and teacher training’, the IV Cycle of Conferences “The School Curriculum in Contemporary Times, at the Crossroads of the Digital Transition” will be held on 20, 22, 27 and 29 November at the Infanta D. Maria Secondary School.
This edition is aimed at teachers from all levels and areas of education, offering training courses and short courses, and aims to discuss the challenges and opportunities of the school curriculum in the face of the digital transition.
Considering the challenges and demands that, within the framework of the ‘Curriculum of the 21st Century/future’, teachers of the various levels and subject areas are facing, it is hoped that the course will help to inform the decisions they make in the autonomous exercise of their profession. It is therefore intended that
- Acquire and/or update knowledge, in a convergence between the content of official documents and contributions from academic research;
 - Reflect on the question set out in the ‘Reasons for action’, prompted by this knowledge;
 - Draw implications from this reflection for their teaching practices.
