Anyone interested in administrative information produced by or held by the University of Coimbra may request to consult it in person or obtain a copy (photocopy or scan) by submitting one of these application forms in person, depending on whether the information is personal (form 1) or non-personal (form 2), duly completed, at the UC's Data Protection and Administrative Information Unit.
The request may also be voluntarily sent by one of the following means:
