EOLinPLACE @ EAPC Congress

On 15-17 June 2023, another congress of the European Association for Palliative Care was held in Rotterdam (Netherlands). The EOLinPLACE Project team was represented by PI Bárbara Gomes, co-PI Silvia Lopes and researcher Inês Dias da Silva. Some of the work that has been done was presented.
