A new study by the EOLinPLACE research team, titled "Places of end-of-life care and death in health policies of four countries", has just been published in Health & Place, offering rare cross-national insights into how end-of-life (EoL) care policies address preferred and actual places of care and death.

The research examines policy documents from four countries — the United States, the Netherlands, Portugal and Uganda — making it one of the very few qualitative comparative studies on EoL care across diverse health systems.
