Launch of a abstract video

On September 14th at 9 am, as part of the celebrations of Ecology Day 2021 (SPECO - Portuguese Society of Ecology), the FLOWer Lab of the Center for Functional Ecology - Science for People & the Planet of the University of Coimbra will launch the abstract video of the scientific article "Spatiotemporal Variation in Pollination Deficits in an Insect-Pollinated Dioecious Crop", which had as main objective to quantify the pollination services in kiwi orchards and relate them to the communities of available pollinators, evaluating the impacts on production and on the market value of this fruit.

This study is part of the i9Kiwi Project and its video is part of the Doctoral Project (Institute for Interdisciplinary Research of the University of Coimbra) by CFE researcher Miguel Ferreira “Communicating science through audiovisual content: evaluating the impact of the use of video abstracts in the dissemination and learning of science”.
