More diversified landscapes reduce the abundance of the olive fly (Bactrocera oleae), concluded a study coordinated by José Paulo Sousa, a professor at the DCV, with a team of researchers that analyzed the population dynamics of the olive fly in different uses of the soil of a typical landscape of olive groves in the area of Idanha-a-Nova.
