Thirteenth session of the "Conversations Unfinished" debate cycle. Contingency management establishes prospective measures and actions to ensure continuity of activities or functions, ensuring ways of reestablishing them in the shortest possible time, with the least impact. It must be based on principles such as shared responsibility, collaborative mobilization, coherent approach, proportionality and transparency of measures and actions. In the context of the COVID 19 pandemic, emergency / contingency management is discussed around these principles.

The seminars of “Conversations without definition”, open access, focus on the pandemic, its implications in the multiple dimensions that concern the CES community, among other topics that are worth debating today.
