Adélia Nunes

She has a Degree in Geography (1994), Master’s Degree in Geography specialized in Physical Geography and Environmental Studies (2001) and a Doctorate (2007) at the Faculty of Letters of the University of Coimbra. She is an Auxiliary Professor at the same institution where she has taught since 1999.

Her scientific research has been carried out in themes related to forest fires and changes in the use and soil vegetation cover, especially the abandonment of farming fields and its pedagogic and hidrogeomorphologic effects.
