António Caetano

He is Associate Professor in the Department of Social Psychology and Organisations of the Higher Institute of Labour and Business Sciences. In recent years he has developed studies in the area of social psychology of organisations and in a wide variety of areas such as: the behaviour and performance strategies of individuals in organisations, culture and organisational change, and performance evaluation and assessment of social intervention programs.
