Isabel Pereira

Isabel Pereira is an Auxiliary Professor at the Faculty of Letters of the University of Coimbra, where she has been a teacher and researcher since 1987. She completed her Doctorate in 2000 with a thesis on word stress in Portuguese from a metrical analysis perspective. She is a member of the General and Applied Linguistics Centre (CELGA), where her research has focused on phonology, prosody, the phonological-morphological interface and the teaching and learning of Portuguese as Foreign Language.
