Maria Antónia Lopes
She has a Doctorate in and is an Associate Professor of Modern and Contemporary History at the University of Coimbra, where she teaches at the Faculty of Letters. She is a researcher at the Centre for History of Society and Culture (UC) and collaborates with the Religious History Studies Centre (UCP). She carries out research in the area of Portuguese social history from the 18th and 20th centuries. Amongst her publications are the following: Mulheres, espaço e sociabilidade.
