Currently, Auxiliary Professor at Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra. Member of CEISUC, CeBER and APES. 

Author/co-author in articles published in international and national scientific indexed and refereed journals such as Health Economics, Policy and Law; Health Policy; Applied Health Economics and Health Policy; Water Policy; International Journal of Social Economics; Utilities Policy; Revista Portuguesa de Saúde Pública.
