Short bio

Micaela Antunes obtained a degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra (FEUC) in 2002 and a Ph.D. degree in Economics by the University of Coimbra in 2011. She is currently an Assistant Professor at the the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra. She is a researcher at the CeBER R&D center. Her publications include several articles in peer-reviewed international journals (Review of Keynesian Economics, Journal of Economic Issues, European Planning Studies, Economic Modelling, Journal of Post Keynesian Economics, Economics and Business Letters, Intereconomics, Journal of International Trade and Economic Development, among other journals) and she has participated in chapters for books like ‘Models of Balance of Payments Constrained Growth: History, Theory and Empirical Evidence’ and ‘Globalisation new challenges: macroeconomic, international trade and financial issues.’
