Short bio

João Fontes da Costa graduated in Sociology from the Faculty of Economics, University of Coimbra and it is a MsC in Business Management from ISCTE and PhD from the Faculty of Economics, University of Coimbra. He began his professional life in Human Resource Management having collaborated for more than ten years in national and multinational organizations. He is now Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics, University of Coimbra with more than 15 years of teaching experience. He is also a researcher at CEISUC and CeBER, with several scientific papers in national and international journals as well as book chapters and regular communications at international conferences. He is the coauthor of "O Essencial do Questionário: Preparação, Recolha e Tratamento de Dados em SPSS", from IPAM Editions.
