The PhD scholarships are intended to finance research activities carried out by the doctoral candidate that will lead to the attainment of the academic degree of doctor in Portuguese Universities.
The research activities leading to the attainment of the academic degree of doctor will take place at Unidade de Investigação CIBIT, UIDP/4950/2020, ICNAS, polo 3, Universidade de Coimbra, which will be the candidates’ host institution(s), notwithstanding that the research work may be carried out in collaboration with more than one institution.
