UP-Prevent

Registration is now open for free participation in a group intervention program for adults.

The "UP-Prevent" is a brief, preventive, cognitive-behavioral psychological intervention program based on the Unified Protocol for Adults, carried out in a group and in an online format.

The UP-Prevent is a brief and preventive psychological intervention program, following a cognitive-behavioral approach, carried out in a group and in an online format.

This program is intended for adults who have subclinical symptoms of anxiety and/or depression, that is, who feel intense and frequent anxiety and/or sadness, which interferes with their daily routine, but who do not have a full diagnosis of an Emotional Disorder (ED). This program consists of 6 weekly sessions, with an approximate duration of 2 hours each.

The UP-Prevent is based on the Unified Protocol for the Transdiagnostic Treatment of Emotional Disorders, whose effectiveness has been tested and proven in several countries and populations, namely in Portugal. With this study, we intend to evaluate the acceptability, feasibility and efficacy of the developed version, in group and online format.
