This study presents a computational pipeline to simulate and process planetary hyperspectral data for REE detection using the Hapke Radiative Transfer Model. A synthetic lunar environment was generated integrating SHOE, anisotropic scattering, and realistic Hyperion-based noise. To address the inverse problem, a vectorized Look-Up Table (LUT) algorithm was developed to decouple geometry and recover the Single Scattering Albedo (w). Results show the successful restoration of diagnostic bands for minerals like Monazite, validating the tool for future ISRU missions.
