Visiting Researchers and Professors at the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences (FPCE)

The Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences, of the University of Coimbra (FPCE-UC) gladly welcomes Visiting Professors and Researchers from other Universities.

ERASMUS+ Visiting Professors

. Professors wishing to do an ERASMUS+ mobility for Teaching, at the FPCE-UC, should confirm that possibility with their home university (a bilateral agreement between the University of Coimbra and your university should exist).

Visiting Professors are advised to previously contact the Mobility Coordinator of their field of study/interest at the FPCE,  to make enquiries about the possibility and timing of the visit.

In alternative, they can contact directly the FPCE Professors with whom they already have contact, and settle the dates and program for the visit.

. In any case, Incoming Professors are expected to send the FPCE-UC a form with the Teaching Mission Program (ri-fpce@fpce.uc.pt).

The FPCE-UC will provide the necessary document proving the accomplishment of the teaching mission, at the end of the visit.

Visiting Researchers and Professors

. Other visiting Professors and  Researchers wishing to spend a period at the FPCE, in order to persue their investigation with one of our Professors, are invited to register at the Welcome Center of the University of Coimbra, where they find a set of customised services to researchers, visiting scholars and post-docs.

After arrival, researchers and scholars receive an ID card, which grants them access to the University of Coimbra services and facilities.

The Welcome Centre for Visiting Researchers of the University of Coimbra is part of the Euraxess Network, the services centre network created by the European Commission to support researchers when moving to a foreign country.
