600 MHz NMR Spectrometer
The 600 MHz NMR Spectrometer is equipped with an 14.1 T Magnex Scientific magnet and a Bruker Avance NEO console with 4 independent radio-frequency observe channels, ZZ-axis pulsed field gradients (PFG), and a helium-cooled cryo platform.
This spectrometer is highly suited for structural studies of macromolecules, in particular biomacromolecules such as proteins and nucleic acids, macromolecule-ligand interactions, and metabolomic studies. Taking advantage of the quadruple resonance (1H-13C-15N-19F) cryo-probe design, high sensitivity 1H-NMR spectra with 19F decoupling or 19F-NMR spectra with 1H decoupling may be collected, in addition to triple resonance experiments including deuterium decoupling for double and triple labeled bio-NMR samples.

The 500 MHz NMR Spectrometer is equipped with 3 radio-frequency observe channels, ZZ-axis pulsed field gradients (PFG), high-resolution magic angle spinning (HR-MAS) accessory, and automatic sample changer with refrigerated sample storage.
This spectrometer is perfectly suited for metabolomic studies based on direct observation of 2H, 1H, or 13C-NMR and routine 1H and 13C-NMR studies of small and mid-size molecules. The HR-MAS accessory and probe allows for solution NMR studies of ex vivo biologic tissues and viscous samples.

Relaxometer
The 20 MHz Bruker mq20 Relaxometer is based on Time Domain (TD) NMR. TD-NMR is an inherently quantitative method, insensitive to matrix effects that occur in many complex materials, and widely used in Quality Control (QC). TD-NMR provides clear advantages over wet-chemical and other spectroscopic methods.

EPR (Electron Paramagnetic Resonance) Spectrometer
Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) spectroscopy, also called Electron Spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopy, is a powerful technique to study paramagnetic ions and molecules (chemical species with unpaired electrons), for example, metal complexes and organic radicals.
Areas of EPR application include coordination chemistry, metallo-organic compounds, electrochemistry, redox processes, reaction kinetics involving radical intermediates, oxidative stability and antioxidant capacity of foods, active site structure and reaction mechanisms of enzymes, quantitation of reactive oxygen and nitrogen species (ROS/RNS), and many others.
