Brain regions and metabolites underlying visual sexual stimuli processing

In this project we aim at studying :

1 )the brain response to a visual sexual stimulation (VSS) in healthy women and men;

2) the functional connectivity pattern and the relation between the low-frequency Blood Oxygen level dependent (BOLD) signal and the level of subjective arousal as assessed by psychometric tests;

3) the variation in the metabolites in the ventromedial prefrontal cortex at rest and during a Sexual video clip.
