During the conference, all panels will be accompanied by a designated member of our Panel Support Team, who will serve as a liaison between the organizers and the panelists. Most members of the Panel Support Team will be responsible for more than one panel, based on the proximity of the assigned rooms. Our team will be present across the different venues, ensuring that everything runs smoothly – from checking room equipment to assisting with technical issues when needed.
Your support team member will be available throughout your panel's scheduled sessions, and will be your first point of contact should any questions or difficulties arise.
On the first day, during the morning reception, an expanded team will be stationed at the reception desk to ensure a smooth and efficient registration process for all participants. The reception will be always open during the event program, with a member of our team permanently stationed there to ensure we are always available.
Please note that photographs will be taken throughout the event to capture and share some of the highlights of the event. These images will later be made available in a dedicated gallery on the official conference website. If you do not feel comfortable having your photo taken or shared, please inform the staff member assigned to your panel. Our team will take note of your preference and ensure it is fully respected.
