Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa is a public university established in 1972 with nearly 9000 students enrolled in undergraduate (52%) and postgraduate (48%) programs, 450 teachers and 220 non-teaching staff, Iscte is proud to be one of the most dynamic and innovative universities in Portugal.
The campus is strategically located in the centre of Lisbon and offers a wonderful atmosphere and facilities which include four buildings, one of which that was awarded the Valmor Prize, Portugal's foremost award for architectural excellence.
The conference will take place at Edifício 4 (Building 4), an exposed brick building with an entrance on Av. das Forças Armadas.
By Subway:
.Exit the station Entrecampos on Av. da República; (yellow line - Network diagram)
.Walk approximately 150m towards the Entre Campos roundabout;
.At the roundabout, turn left (Av. das Forças Armadas), go up approximately 150m in the Sete Rios direction and you will find Edifício 4 (Building 4) of Iscte – University Institute of Lisbon on your right.
By Carris bus:
.Take the bus number 754 or 701;
.Get off at the stop on the Av. das Forças Armadas, opposite to the "castle" of the Faculty of Pharmacy;
.Descend the avenue approximately 50m. Edifício 4 (Building 4) of Iscte is located on your left.
By Train:
.Exit the station Entrecampos on Av. da República;
.Walk approximately 250m towards the Entre Campos roundabout;
.At the roundabout, turn left (Av. das Forças Armadas), go up approximately 150m in the Sete Rios direction and you will find Edifício 4 (Building 4) of Iscte – University Institute of Lisbon on your right.
