Participate in the Study on Disinfection By-Products
As part of the H2OforAll research project, a public perception survey is currently underway to gather insights on the quality of drinking water and disinfection by-products (DBPs) — chemical compounds that may form during the water disinfection process.
H2OforAll aims to identify and study the DBPs that can emerge during the disinfection of drinking water. The project also seeks to develop innovative technologies capable of detecting and monitoring the spread of these compounds throughout the water supply chain.
This international project brings together partners from Portugal, Spain, the UK, Denmark, the Netherlands, Cyprus, Poland, and Sweden. In Portugal, Águas de Coimbra is a key partner.
