CHEERS4EU | meeting in Helsinki

The team members and some stakeholders of the Interreg Project CHEER4EU held a technical meeting in Helsinki, Finland, at the end of May. Two CERES members, M.J. Quina and A. Alberto, are part of the project team.
These days were marked by relevant discussions and technical visits.
The main technical visits included:
- Ämmässuo Eco-Industrial Centre (including Stena Recycling)
- Asfalttikallio - asphalt recycling plant
- HSY Kivikko Sortti Station
- Vantaan Energia Waste-to-Energy Plant
Relevant announcements were made in the Vantaan Energia about Varanto project- World's Largest Cavern Thermal Energy Storage (Vantaa, Finland)
