The received document must contain the embossing stamp of the University over a signature and the paper must contain a watermark with the UC insignia. In order to confirm its content you must access this Service and enter the access code you have received or that is included at the bottom of the paper document. This access will provide you with a copy of the document issued by the UC, but since it was issued in paper, the file that is shown does not contain the handwritten signature.
If a change in the status of a document is detected, the UC invalidates it in order to ensure its uselessness. If you have any doubt, you should contact the Academic Management Services by means of the Online E-mail Form | Académicos UC.
