UC Academic Assistance in 2026
Please check the Schedule of the UC Academic Assistance in 2026, and note that the opening hours schedule is maintained for the In-Person Assistance and Telephone Assistance: between 09:30 a.m. and 01:00 p.m. and between 02:30 p.m. and 05:00 p.m.
We inform all Students, Alumni, Applicants and other persons interested in requesting information concerning the academic issues, which are made available by these Services of the UC, that the new Annual Schedule of the Academic Assistance that includes the closing days and other situations established for 2026 is available
The Schedule of the In-Person and Telephone Assistance will be maintained and it has the same opening hours for both Assistances: from Monday to Friday, between 09:30 a.m. and 01:00 p.m. and between 02:30 p.m. and 05:00 p.m.
This new schedule comes into force on 2nd January 2026.
The closing in some mornings are marked. The Academic In-Person and Telephone Assistance is closed on Saturdays, on Sundays, holidays and civil service holidays, and in the week from 10th to 14th August 2026 – 5 working days).
The In-Person Assistance is located at the Student Hub, Polo 1 of the University of Coimbra.
