CIE researchers Carla Rodrigues, Ana Cordeiro, and Érika Barrak participated in the UC's Welcome Week to integrate new students.
Organized by the Department of Mechanical Engineering and in collaboration with CEMMPRE and ADAI, a scientific "Peddy Paper" activity was held on the morning of September 11th, where students were challenged to complete tasks developed by each research center. CIE participated in the activity, challenging students to identify which phases of the life cycle of soft drink packaging contribute most to environmental impacts.
