On 11 June 2019, alongside the program for the official inauguration of the Sino-Lusophone Academy of the University of Coimbra, the CASS-UC Centre of China Studies organized a symposium about Forty Years of Portugal-China Relationship: Cooperation and Prospect, at Colégio da Trindade.
The symposium, with interventions by Chinese and UC scholars, was led by Professor Zhang Min, from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), and by Professor Ana Raquel Moniz, from the Sino-Lusophone Academy of Coimbra University.
