On the 4th June 2014, the Talent Development Committee from MSAR (Comissão de Desenvolvimento de Talentos da RAEM), represented by its Secretary General, Mr. Sou Chio Fai, was received at the UC by the Rector, Professor João Gabriel Silva, the Vice-Rector for International Relations, Professor Joaquim Ramos de Carvalho, and the Vice-Rector responsible for the Academic Training, Professor Madalena Alarcão.
This meeting aimed to prepare the incoming of Macao students in this University. The Talents Development Commission intends to stimulate the learning of Portuguese in a time of investment on the training of bilingual talents who master the Portuguese and Chinese languages.
