Session in Honour of Guerra Junqueiro on the Occasion of the Centenary of his Death

On 15 December 2023, the Sino-Lusophone Academy of the University of Coimbra is organising a Tribute Session in honour of Guerra Junqueiro on the occasion of the centenary of his death.

The session will be held in the Senate Room of the Rectory of the University of Coimbra, starting at 3 pm, and will feature speeches by Guilherme d'Oliveira Martins, Executive Director of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, by José Carlos Seabra Pereira, President of the Centre for Camonian Studies, and by Rui de Figueiredo Marcos, President of the Sino-Lusophone Academy of the University of Coimbra.

The session will be opened by the UC Vice-Rector for Culture, Communication and Open Science, Delfim Leão, and closed by the UC Vice-Rector for External Relations and Alumni, João Nuno Calvão da Silva.
