Infarmed hosts professionals from Tanzania, Uganda and the CNC-UC under the international project CAPACITY 2023

Under the international CAPACITY 2023 project, on July 2 and 3, 2025, Infarmed hosted a series of training and experience-sharing sessions for professionals from the regulatory authorities of Tanzania and Uganda.

The visit was part of an in-person training program, promoted in Portugal by the Centre for Neuroscience and Cell Biology of the University of Coimbra (CNC-UC), and included an intense work agenda at Infarmed, focused on areas of medicines and medical device evaluation, including clinical trials, advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMP) and pharmacovigilance.
