Monitoring the satisfaction of professionals at ARS Centro Family Health Units (2014/2015)

This report concerns the results of the project "Monitoring the satisfaction of professionals in the USFs of the Central Region using the questionnaire "This USF as your workplace" inserted in the IASP Project - Instruments for the Evaluation of Professional Satisfaction - authored by CEISUC.
The data correspond to a survey conducted over the Internet from February to March 2014 to the professionals of the Family Health Units (USF).
514 of the 774 professionals then existing in the USFs under study accessed the page designed by CEISUC and answered the questionnaire, which corresponds to a response rate of 66.4%. The maximum error of this study, for a 95% confidence interval and p = 50%, is 2.5%.
